Terms and Conditions for Admission to Nanny College
1. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have completed their secondary education or equivalent.
Applicants should be less than 50 years of age at the time of application.
Proof of academic qualifications and age must be submitted with the application.
Basic knowledge of English speaking, writing and comprehension.
2. Application Process
Basic Applications must be submitted online through the college’s official portal for registration. After that physical application form available at the admissions office.
3. Documentation
Required documents include academic transcripts, proof of identification, and any other documents specified by the college.
All documents must be submitted by the deadlines provided. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

ID Card (KTP)
Family Card (Kartu keluarga)
Education Certificate (Ijazah Terakhir)
Valid Passport
English language training certificate (if any)
4. Admission Tests and Interviews
Applicants may be required to attend an interview as part of the admission process.
Dates and details of interviews will be communicated to applicants in advance.
5. Admission Offers
Admission decisions will be communicated via phone or one to one in college’s premises..
Applicants must confirm their acceptance of the offer within the specified time frame to secure their place. Failure to do so may result in the offer being withdrawn.
6. Fee Payment
Upon acceptance of the admission offer, applicants must pay the full tuition fee deposit by the specified date.
The fee structure and payment schedule will be provided upon admission. Adherence to the payment schedule is required to maintain enrollment status.
7. Fee Installment Policy
The college offers a flexible fee installment plan to help students manage their tuition payments. By opting for the installment plan, students agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Tuition fees can be paid in a maximum of five installments of 5 Million IDR.
An initial deposit of 30 Million IDR of the total tuition fee must be paid in advance or down payment on acceptance of the admission offer. This deposit is non-refundable and secures the student’s place in the program.
The remaining balance of the tuition fee will be divided into five equal installments. Exact dates for installment payments will be communicated to students upon enrollment.
Installment payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, credit/debit card, or through the college’s online payment portal.
Regular delay or non-payment of installment may result in expulsion from the college without refund of the fee.
8. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Students who wish to withdraw after admission or before commencing the programme must submit a formal withdrawal request. They are entitled to have 50% of the paid amount.
There is no Refund on fully paid tuition fees and will be governed by the college’s refund policy, which will be provided during the admission process.
There is no Refund of tuition fee on started programme or after the starting of programme and will be governed by college refund policy.
9. Health and Safety Requirements
Applicants must provide proof of immunizations and a recent health check-up report.
Health and safety requirements must be met to ensure a safe learning environment.
10. Enrollment
The enrollment process, including submission of any additional required documentation and payment of fees, must be completed before the commencement of the academic term.
Failure to complete the enrollment process on time may result in forfeiture of the admission offer.
11. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to adhere to the college's code of conduct, maintaining professionalism and ethical behavior at all times.
Violations of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action as 3 warning letters are issued to the student and after that they become a non-active student and include expulsion without refund.
12. Practicum and Fieldwork
Students are required to participate in practicum and fieldwork placements as part of their training.
Compliance with the policies and procedures of the placement sites is mandatory.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The college reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to applicants and students through official channels.
By applying for admission, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
